Help Stop Sneak Attack On Zilker Park 
ACL, the Parks Department, and Austin Parks Foundation are trying to permanently pave over eight (8) acres of Zilker Park in order to convert temporary event parking into permanent parking.  Please see the letter from Save Our Springs to the Mayor, Council, and the City Manager for the details.  And please join us in asking that they stop this rush to pave our park land without City Council action, a parking plan for Zilker Park, and a meaningful public review process. You can use the same link as above to send your message to the Mayor and the entire council.  
SOS Participates in Hell Yes Olympics and Memorial Day Party at ABGB
Join us Monday, Memorial Day at ABGB for the  The Hell Yes Project Olympics & Memorial Day Party   SOS Staff competes for a $1,000 prize in a Water Balloon Toss, Crowler Can Stacking, Simon Says and other events. Points will be awarded for each event, culminating in a final event of live band karaoke. Each non-profit team will take the ABGB stage with the band Karaoke Apocalypse and get one song to impress the crowd. Fun starts at 3 p.m.  See you there!
Yoga at the Springs Begins Saturday, June 2nd
Join us for SOS Yoga at the Springs Saturday, June 2nd, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. outside the back gate of Barton Springs Pool.  Yoga will continue every Saturday through July.  Suggested donation is $3.  Please bring your mat and water bottle.
